Vishal began his career as an Audit Executive at a reputed firm, gaining hands-on exposure to financial reporting and compliance. He later worked with a Deloitte, One of the Big Four accounting firm, managing audit and advisory engagements for multinational corporations across manufacturing, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and financial services. His deep understanding of international tax regulations and cross-border transactions makes him a trusted advisor for global clients.

Specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO) and financial transformation, Vishal helps organizations streamline their financial operations through outsourced accounting, regulatory compliance, and strategic CFO-level consulting.

Currently, as a Managing Partner at A V Khandelwal Wadhva & Co., Vishal also leads as the Head of Quality & Process Control, ensuring high standards of governance and accuracy in every client engagement.

Vishal holds an M.Com degree and various certifications as issued by the ICAI and is a proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Mr. Akash Khandelwal is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2011. He is having experience of 14 Years as Chartered Accountant and working with the professionally managed Corporates.

He deals in matters related to Internal Audit, Project Financing, Business Management consultancy. He also looks for the works related to foreign exposure and overseas clientele.

He earlier worked with the PKF International, Dubai (Global Network of legally independent Firms) in the External Audit Department.
